Time to Monetise . . .

As it may have become apparent, the links I have provided to external websites have had interstitial adverts, of which earn me a very small amount of money for each time that they are used.

It is not a mass way to make money, but I am experimenting with it to find out it's potential. So far, I have concluded that to make any substantial money, it is only possible with a place or multiple places on the internet with high traffic capacity to direct people onto these advertisements. This means that the traffic that this blog has, (none) there will be next to zero revenue produced but the point is, I am learning!

I signed up for Adfly this is the service that provides these advertisments.

The ads look like this, or similar with various different adverts that are "interstitial". This means they appear between the start and end destination of the link.

The rate of pay for these vary to the rate of traffic that the links recieve, the higher the click-through rate is, the more money mer click you get. It is a very small amount per click, but if you do a lot of links, with thousands of clicks per day. This is a good way to just get an additional amount of money on the side.

These kind of links are used regularly on forums to link to the downloads, so that the developers can make a little additional income from their mods, or other material.

This is an quick, easy and safe way to make online money, from the comfort of you home!
However, it does require a source of high traffic, like a website, blog or any other online destination.

There are lots of other companies that do the interstitial links or similar  adverts. Like:
- AdBrite
- BidVertiser
or
- Chitika

as examples.

If I was going to make real money, using this method I would create a site or blog with something of great value on it, something that everyone wanted. In this modern time, it would be "get rich quick" "make easy money online" or "easy money from home" etc. Lots of people want this ea"easy money" but there is no such thing. There is work that has to be done to get this interstitial method to work. It is mostly Search Engine Optimisation, to get your site or source of links noticed in the world. Once you have the worlds attention, it all seems just to easy.

But if you can manage that, money can be made by simply publishing these ads or links everywhere!
